When you processing a contact in a marketing campaign, you can click on several actions in the top right-hand corner of the screen.
REMIND ME LATER
If a contact is unavailable at the time of your call but would like to take part, you can reschedule the call by clicking on ‘Remind me later’.
This action saves the answers already recorded if the mandatory answers have been filled in (mandatory questions are marked with an *).
HOW DOES IT WORK
It is possible to select the date and time for the callback and create an appointment in your Iziflo calendar.
