Managing the demo vehicles is available from the STOCK module, in the “Allocate the demo vehicle” column.
It allows you to consult the name of the person using the company vehicle.Users who can “Assign a demo vehicle” (User right) can allocate demo vehicles to iziflo or non-iziflo users.
DEMO VEHICLES
Make sure the vehicle is a demo vehicle by enabling the filter in the STOCK module, "Vehicle" category.
If it is indeed a demo vehicle, you can allocate it to a user by using the "Allocate the demo vehicle" column.
USER TYPE
To allocate a chassis to a user, double click on the pencil in the "Allocate the demo vehicle" column.
There are 2 types of users that can be added as "Driver of the demo vehicle" : iziflo or Non-iziflo user.
If the driver is a “Non-Iziflo user”, there are mandatory fields to type in before allocating the vehicle.
TEST DRIVE MANAGEMENT
If the vehicle is declared as a demo vehicle, you can schedule a test drive by pressing "Actions" and "Vehicle test drive".
Then, the test drive window allows you to choose one or several time slots for the trial, and to create an event in the sales rep's CALENDAR.
TEST DRIVE RECORD
In the STOCK module, there is a ’“Record” for each chassis in which every information is tracked.
When choosing “Demo vehicle allocation” in the “Operation” dropdown, you can see all the trials that were made on a vehicle and the ones that are planned.
