In order to optimise the flow of vehicle deliveries, you can set a maximum capacity of vehicles to be delivered for each of the zones that are set as delivery zones, indicating:
- The days and times.
- The vehicle loads by time selection (hour/slot).
If the maximum capacity is reached on a slot, when a user wants to schedule a delivery via the STOCK module or modify a delivery via the AGENDA module, then he cannot choose this slot.
A user right allows it to exceed the maximum capacity if it is reached.
Warning: this interface concerns the setting of delivery times and capacities. It does not concern the setting of the fleets.
