MEDIA MANAGEMENT
Media management allows you to add images, videos, or other documents related to the vehicle. You can choose to attach images to a brand, a model, or a version.
Click on PRODUCTS.
Your Product catalog appears on the main page of the menu, listing your brands, models, and versions. You can expand each submenu to see the different products.
To add media, select a brand, model, or version, and click on Actions then Media.
A window will appear, allowing you to add images, videos, or documents. Click on Add Media.
A second window will appear with information related to the media. Click on Add Media again.
You can then insert your documents by clicking on Choose a file. Select your file. Once uploaded, you can edit the name or delete your file. Click on Upload files. Your file has been added to the media list. Click on Confirm.
Image
To enable this image to be displayed on a price sheet, for example, you can check the Default Image box under your media.
When creating your price sheet, your media will appear at the top left of the vehicle's name.
Document
You can define the documents that will be automatically selected when printing slaes orders and proformas.
Documents as "Add as default when printing PRs" or "Add as default when printing SOs" will be automatically pre-checked when generating a sales order or a proforma.
However this selection can still be modified : you may uncheck the default document(s) as needed.
The media are visible in the “Media” column of the STOCK.
