SETTINGS
The first stage is to configure the approaches.
In the SETTINGS menu, click on Approach and leads management, where you will find current configured approaches.
Click on Add an approach to add a new approach. Choose the company and then enter the description, then tick the Leads box and select the lead’s source: Email, Facebook, Website, Twitter.
Then, click on CONFIRM.
Click on Add an account to link the lead source to your approaches.
Enter the account name, the type of lead, the company and the brand to link the account.
Then enter the URL or email address of the account.
To add a Facebook page:
Enter the URL of the page's administrator account (not the page itself).
Choose FACEBOOK as the type of leads
Click on the Facebook button and login in as the Facebook administrator.
