Reserving a chassis will link it to a transaction.
Reservation time can be set by company and brand: if you wish to change them, please contact iziflo support.
From STOCK, select one or more chassis.
The Actions menu appears at the top of the stock table. Scroll down the menu and in SALES ADMINISTRATION select Chassis reservation.
Warning: this action will not be available if the chosen chassis is unavailable.
You must enter the transaction number in the "Purchase order number" field.
The Confirm button is green when a transaction is selected. Once confirmed, the chassis reservation is effective.
Note: the characteristics of the vehicle(s) in the transaction must correspond to the chassis selected for the reservation. If this is not the case, it will not appear in the suggested field results.
EXTEND A RESERVATION
"Extend a chassis reservation" allows you to modify, extend, shorten or delete a reservation request for one or more vehicles. It is subject to the "Extend a chassis reservation" user right.
To do so, click on the "Extend chassis reservation" in the Actions menu.
A window opens with important information about the relevant chassis.
The user can then edit the chassis reservation deadline and confirm to see the reservation updated.
This modification can be seen on the chassis' history.
Please note that the action is not possible on:
- chassis without reservation
- chassis not reserved by yourself or your subordinates
