DELIVERY PROGRAMME
You can schedule a delivery for a chassis and add the appointment agenda of the salesperson who created the sales order. To do so, the chassis needs to be assigned to a sales order and the user must have their rights activated.
The actions available are:
- Schedule a delivery
- Edit a delivery
- Cancel a delivery
- Confirm a delivery
SCHEDULE A DELIVERY
From the STOCK, choose one or more chassis assigned to a sales order and in the ACTIONS menu, click on “Schedule a delivery”. Fill in the place, date, and time, indicate a reason and confirm. The DATE field indicates the remaining capacity according to the defined delivery zones settings. You can also write a note which will be visible on the delivery note.
The planned customer delivery date and DS columns are then automatically filled in. You can filter, sort the columns, or an Excel export.
An appointment will then appear in the Calendar. By clicking on the appointment, you can check the delivery details and do various actions such as Confirm, Cancel or Modify.
