After a preparation request, you can update the preparation status: “awaiting preparation”, “in progress” or “prepared” (configurable). To do this, find your preparation request either by using the Internal/External Preparation columns or in the AGENDA, click on your chassis, then in the ACTIONS menu, click on Update the status of the preparation request. In the Preparation status dropdown menu, you can choose the preparation stage in which you find your vehicle.
