RECORD CONSULTATION
In the STOCK module, you can consult the entire record of operations carried out on a chassis.
To do so, in the drop-down menu (arrow at the bottom of your screen), locate the "Vehicle" category and select "Record".
The column is then activated and visible on the left-hand side of your screen, in locked columns*.
You can consult the record of any chassis by clicking on the
in the record column.
There, you can find the entire record linked to the chassis (filtered by date, from the most recent to the oldest).
FILTER
Filter on the operations you are looking for using the "Operation" field, and choose the actions you wish to consult from the drop-down list.
Or, enter the name of the operation in the "Search an operation" field.
You can also filter on dates using the "Between the" and "and the" fields, or on an action carried out by one of your colleagues using the "Contributor" field.
EXPORT TO EXCEL FILE
You can export the entire chassis record in Excel format using the arrow at the bottom of the record.
*locked columns: columns that don't move when you scroll horizontally with the cursor at the bottom of your screen.
