In the contacts view, you can use side filters to filter the four statuses: Allowed, Not Allowed, Preferred channel, Not set.


Note that:

  • If the client refuses consent, the various channels will be marked as ‘Not allowed’.
  • If there is no email address or if the email address is incorrect, the email will not be sent to the client.


The same pictogram is displayed on contacts consent status when launching a Campaign (allowed, not allowed, not set).
