To create a contact, click on
.In the form, you will need to complete the different fields to create a new contact card. The fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. Be sure to enter as much information as possible to help you on any follow-ups.
Click on the
icon to add more telephone numbers and/or email addresses.
Click on the
icon to remove a number or an email address that is no longer valid or has been incorrectly entered.
Note: The Authorised to contact client field allows you to specify whether the client has given their authorisation to be contacted. Once you have entered all the information, click the
to save. If you have not filed out a mandatory field, this button will remain greyed-out.
