Before creating a new contact card, please verify that the contact does not already exist in the database by using the search bar. Note: This step is crucial as you cannot delete any contacts created in iziflo.
You can also do an advanced search by filtering contacts with other criteria in the vertical filters. Activate the necessary filters and click on apply to only show contacts corresponding to the stated criteria. If you still cannot find your contact, then you can proceed with creating a new contact.
