SET A PERSONALISED VIEW BY DEFAULT

You can also choose to display a personalised view by default. While you are in your personalised, click on the pencil in the View by menu and tick the ‘Default view” box.

SHARING VIEWS

You can share a personalised view with another user or team in IZIFLO. After selecting the view to share, click on theicon next to the "View by" drop-down menu.

In the pop-up, enter a user or team name, then select the user(s) from the drop-down list. If you add a team, you can also delete certain team members by clicking on the X in the "Delete" column. Finally, click on "CONFIRM". This view is now visible for all users concerned (depending on their user rights).

In the "View by" drop-down menu, an iconwill appear to indicate a shared view.

You can edit or delete a shared view at any time by following the steps above.
